Fern first started at Graham & Dobson in June 2001, working for Grahame Rosie and June Hall.

Over her years with Graham & Dobson, Fern has had time off to have three children - Silke, Leighton and Fletcher.

In more recent years, Fern and her husband Lance purchased a mechanical and LPG delivery business within the Tairawhiti region.

In July 2021 after completing her degree with EIT, Fern was made an Associate at Graham & Dobson.  Graham & Dobson have supported Fern throughout her years of studying and working and she has gained very valuable business insight from being involved in the day-to-day running of a business.

Fern’s areas of expertise are tax compliance particularly within the rural sector and Xero functionality.

Away from work, Fern is involved in various committees within the community, from childcares (where her children attended), to various sporting bodies within the Tairawhiti region. She is an avid supporter of everything her three very active children do, and she has, up until recently, enjoyed playing netball.
